We charge R180 for delivery.

We offer free shipping on all orders over R3000. From time to time we also run specials that will include free shipping on orders below this amount.

Delivery to main city centers usually take 2 to 4 working days. Outlying areas will take 4 – 7 working days.

• We deliver nationwide to all major cities, towns and most rural areas in South Africa.
• Major centres allow for 2/4 working days and outlying areas allow for 3 – 7 days for delivery.
• For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.

The provision of goods by The Ruling Party is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Ruling Party can contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by The Ruling Party.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform The Ruling Party within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact The Ruling Party within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the correct one ordered, on our account.
